2. Standard Normal Delivery
For standard orders and locations outside our express zone, we rely on the trusted national network.
- Carrier: Delivered securely through India Post.
- Coverage: All standard serviceable pin codes.
Refunds & Returns Policy
Customer satisfaction is our priority. However, our return policy is strictly governed by the following conditions regarding damaged goods:
Condition for Full Refund
- Damage on Arrival: Refunds are only processed if the product is found to be damaged at the exact time of delivery.
- Strict Time Limit: You must report the damage to our customer service team within 1 hour of the delivery timestamp. Reports made after 1 hour will not be eligible for a refund.
- Return Requirement: To process your full refund, the damaged product must be handed back and successfully delivered to us.
Note: Refunds will be initiated to your original payment method only after the damaged item is received and inspected by our warehouse team.
